What does Mallings Des Cimes gin taste like?
Gin Des Cimes is a fresh and vibrant gin, where the intensity of lime meets the herbal elegance of basil in a perfectly balanced blend.
The nose opens with bright, zesty notes of lime, quickly joined by the aromatic freshness of fresh basil. Juniper provides a classic, refined base that gives the whole a delicate structure.
On the palate, the opening is crisp, light, and refreshing. The lime adds a thirst-quenching liveliness, while the basil softens the overall profile with a delicate and elegant herbal note. The balance is fresh, modern, and particularly pleasant.

How to Serve a Mallings Gin des Cimes
Ingredients:
Double serving (50 ml) of Le Mallings Gin des Cimes
Tonic
Plenty of ice cubes (large cubes are recommended)
Large gin glass (Copa/Balloon, 60 cl recommended)
Instructions:
Fill a large gin glass halfway with ice cubes.
Pour 50 ml (a double serving) of Le Mallings Gin des Cimes over ice.
Slowly top it off with tonic water, just enough to cover the ice cubes—this helps maintain the balance and freshness of the flavors.
Garnish if you like (Mallings Gin Des Cimes pairs perfectly with a few fresh basil leaves and a slice of lime), but it’s just as delicious on its own.
Serve immediately. Savour it slowly and relax!

Our spirits are born in the heart of Ariège, at La Distillerie du Sud—a small-batch artisanal distillery located on a historic estate near Carla-de-Roquefort.
