Welcome to La Distillerie Du Sud, a small independent distillery located at the foot of the Pyrenees in Ariège, France. Founded and run by Steve Malling, we specialize in producing dry Gin d’Ariège—our local take on the classic London Dry style—as well as an ultra-smooth vodka and spirits from the Pyrenees that are pure, fresh, and easy to enjoy.

We combine modern technology with a passion for quality: our state-of-the-art computerized still ensures precise control, consistency, and optimal quality in every drop produced.

We welcome visitors Monday through Saturday:

Morning: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Please note: Closed on Wednesday afternoons and all day Sunday.

Do I need to make a reservation?

No reservation is needed for tastings or short tours—just drop by during our opening hours!
